Firstly, a little bit about me. I am an ethically driven internal communications professional, with broad experience in the charitable sector, both professionally and through volunteering. I have chosen this career as it aligns my expertise in communications with my desire to make a positive change in the world.
In my work, I bring together creativity and innovation with a strong strategic and analytical approach, to deliver impactful internal communications and employee engagement projects.
People are at the centre of everything I do – I thrive on collaborating with individuals at all levels of an organization, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.

I am responsible for all digital communications, including social media and website, through which I help drive Royal Life Saving Australia's advocacy and public awareness activies.
I work within the national team, but also across a network of State and Terriroey Member Organisations, idustry and corporate partners.

At WaterAid, I worked in a small team to manage the global internal communications channels. This included the intranet (hosted on SharePoint), newsletters, webinars and Yammer.

I coordinated Macmillan's strategic events programme, including staff engagement events and conferences for healthcare professionals.
This included facilitating an internal webinar series, building and managing event websites, content development, managing procurement, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

I have worked in internal comms for three years. I have produced webinars, newsletters, info graphics and ran awareness campaigns. I have also worked a with bespoke intranet platform and Microsoft SharePoint.

Through my professional career I have discovered a love of data analysis and evaluation. I enjoy the creativity involved in finding the story within the data and conveying that to others.
Team work
Working in a talented and receptive team is one of my favourite thing about work. Though I am independent in my day-to-day, I love collaboration and team working to achieve more than you can on your own.

Innovation and creativity are some of my core values. I fully believe in 'thinking outside the box' in order to create unique and successful solutions.
